Minutemen Land Services has worked properties in and around Norwalk for more than fifty years. That length of time is not a slogan. It is the reason we know which slopes wash out in a March storm, which lawns scorch in August, and which shrubs will actually survive a winter three streets from the water.
We are still small enough that the person who walks your property is the person who stands over the work. Most of our clients came from a neighbour pointing over the fence, which is the only kind of advertising that has ever really worked for us.

Both. Roughly half our work is residential grounds and half is commercial: offices, condominium associations and retail sites on scheduled contracts.
It depends on the season and the scope. Maintenance can usually begin within a week or two; design and installation work is scheduled around the weather and material lead times. We will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Yes. Most clients are on weekly or bi-weekly schedules through the growing season, with spring and fall cleanups included. We will put the schedule in writing so you know exactly what is covered.
